The
establishment of Islamic financial institutions has not
been smooth and problem-free. The institutions had to be
created from scratch with no past experience to draw upon.
Some
problems were resolved but many remain to be solved. This
small publication is based on real-life problems experienced
by practising Islamic bankers.
The
book identifies and highlights the problems and can be the
basis for research and development by bankers, scholars,
accountants and jurists.
